Key Insights
Every week there are new updates and new tools and the content can get easily outdated. Constant iterations in the lesson content are unviable
Key Actions
The content had to be timeless & even small iterations need to be roadmapped
Long-term vision
Lesson ➔ Module ➔ B2B ➔ Bootcamp

The vision was to start with a lesson, move to a POC, make a series of iterations, from Version 1 with small iterations before arriving to Version 2.
Then creating a series of sub-products; a upskill-course for B2B, before creating a full 12 weeks Bootcamp.
Design and arrange the AI module
1 Project, 3 Lessons, 2 Show & Tell and a Debate

Feedback & Iterations from POC to V1.3
After extensive feedback both from +150 students and 11 coaches, we've analyzed and discussed the results, reaching the following conclusions:
From students ➔ Reduce theory
Solution ➔ Increase hands-on examples
From Coaches ➔ Simplify lesson
Solution ➔ Provide hands-on guideline
Iterations Roadmap
Before any iteration was done we established the iterations roadmap.
The challenge of this step was that every cohort starts and ends in different moments.
➔ That's a case study by itself, if you want to know more, we can schedule a meeting!

Current State Post-Iterations from 1.3 to 2.0
A fun, interactive and hands-on workshop that combines theory and practice.
The workshop has been tested with small and large groups as well as in-campus and remote cohorts reaching the learning goals in most cases, receiving praises both from students and coaches
