#JungesNetzwerk is a German NGO that promotes the exchange of ideas and experiences between Latin America and Germany for the development of common values.

The Brief
Develop an App with Video-Call Feature
The organization has experienced exponential growth, which has put stress on the communication and organization between JungesNetzwerk's old and new members.
To address this, they proposed creating an app that includes a messenger and a video call feature.
The Research Phase
Impact of our research
Redirection of the project due to early identification of the correct problem
The organization based their brief due to the conclusion of previous research.
Our research pointed out to a different problem, and we decided to analyze their previous research in search of an objective truth.
The conclusion was that the results of their previous research lead them to solve the incorrect problem.
Analysis of previous Research
Previous Research, a mix of conflicting results due to leading questions & methodology issues
Only 13% get in touch with members from other regions while 87% admits they rarely or never do so
32% of members know "enough" which channels to use to communicate with other members and 28% knows "a lot", while 16% knows "little" or "nothing"
Marketing focus survey, the survey was asking incorrect questions that focused mostly on
75% of users were ignored. Only participants were asked, ignoring crucial stakeholders such as organizers, leaders, project owners, etc.
